Benjamin and Tina Gibson are new parents to little Emma Wren but her birth is anything but run of the mill. The embryo version of Emma was transferred to Tina's uterus earlier this year...after being frozen for 24 years.
The embryo of Emma was frozen back in 1992, just 18-months after 26-year-old Tina was born. Now, Emma is the longest-frozen embryo to successfully come to birth.
"Emma is such a sweet miracle," dad Benjamin says. "I think she looks pretty perfect to have been frozen all those years ago."
