Could “Saturday Night Live” complete its White House trifecta with Rosie O’Donnell? As you know, Alec Baldwin – who has been brilliant as Donald Trump – is hosting for the 17th time this weekend. After Melissa McCarthy’s inspired impression of White House press secretary Sean Spicer, someone suggested that Trump’s favorite enemy be tapped to play top Trump advisor, Steve Bannon.
Rosie responded with, “Available – if called I will serve.” So far, Bannon has been portrayed as The Grim Reaper. And while Trump hasn’t publicly commented on McCarthy’s take on Spicer, it was reported that he took offense to Spicer being played by a woman because he “doesn’t like his people to look weak.”
At this point, none of this has been offered or confirmed. We’ll keep you posted…
